CFH Communities encourages our residents to enjoy up to two (2) approved animals in their apartment to enhance their lifestyle and the enjoyment of their home. Residents' animals should be registered and proper documentation must be scanned and uploaded to the resident's file. Residents must pay all associated animal fees. If an animal that is not registered according to the lease agreement is discovered in a resident's apartment, the company will contact the resident to invite the resident to register the animal. CFH will accept dogs up to 65 pounds. CFH does not allow the following aggressive breeds:

• Rottweilers
• Chows
• Dobermans
• Akitas
• Pit Bulls
